When you assign a claim, it will be handled by a licensed and experienced claims adjuster. We are constantly sharpening our skills and seeking to improve on a daily basis. We always continue learning and seeking knowledge in an effort to improve both our technical and interpersonal skills and encourage all of our adjusters to challenge themselves by regularly obtaining certifications and continued training. All of our adjusters are skilled Xactimate users and have demonstrated an advanced knowledge of claims handling procedures and policy language.
